Mandate Utilities is a well established energy consultancy formed in 2002 by Managing Director, Chris Holdsworth who has over 40 years industry experience.
Chris has enjoyed a full career within the industry leading the way in many ways as a lead assessor for ESOS, he is also a fellow of The Energy Institute and is registered with RPEC. He has much experience with energy recovery, auditing, and recovery from historic bills.
As well as providing competitive products, Mandate Utilities also pride itself on excellent customer relations with a personal touch as Chris is always involved and is able to manage clients and pass on his own personal experience.
